Why is Digital Image Pro offering such seemingly unrelated services as jingles and websites?
Actually, it's all about offering two effective ways to advertise your business. In doing our research on the web we've found a surprising number of recording studios offering web based services. Most studios (including ours) have relied heavily on computers for years and it's been a very natural addition to studio services we offer.

How does the special offer for a free website with a jingle package work?
For a limited time, if you purchase our basic jingle package
, you will get a completely free seven page website including site design, graphic design, scanning and compression of photos, hypertext links, and three months of free hosting on a lightning fast server. Registration with the top search engines and free consultation is included. After three months you can keep the site active with a low monthly fee or take it elsewhere and the design is yours to keep. We only require a link to our site for design credit. Although we've offered this special several times in the past, this is the last time around, when it's gone it's gone!

Why should I pay for web hosting when there are so many free servers available?
If your website is just for fun, you shouldn't! But, if your website is a mission critical business site that you need up and running efficiently, all the time, the monthly fees you pay are more than worth it. The free servers will have advertising all over your pages, a lot of which will encourage people to leave your site, and you can forget about the most important thing of all in any hosting package, first rate 24 hour technical support! How do I know if I'm purchasing web services from a reseller and does it matter?
There are literally thousands of resellers out there pretending they have their own data centers, servers, connetion to the internet backbone, etc... If they're set up right, it's impossible to trace and it is a widely accepted practice. If the company they're reselling for is good, then it shouldn't matter unless the technical support isn't up to par. We could do they same, except that we're proud to be affiliated with Simplicity Hosting. What about traffic statistics, do I need special software?

Why can't I find a price list for your jingle package?
Because we're so proud of our work, we think it's priceless! Just a little humor there, very little you say! Actually, if your interested in a jingle package we would be delighted to quote you a price but we need to know a little about your business first. What do I get with the basic Digital Image jingle package?
For starters, you get an unlimited, lifetime, exclusive license to use the jingle for any purpose for a one time low fee. That means you'll never hear the original music we compose for you behind some other businesses lyrics. That's what a custom jingle is and that's the only kind we make. You get eight edits (versions) of your choice delivered on Compact Disc. Most clients pick several 30 second (usual length for TV) and several 60 second (usual length for radio) edits. They can be instrumental only (called beds), vocal only (a capella), or doughnuts (singing in beginning - bed in the middle - singing at the end). Or, they can be sing in front-bed out (gives more room for ad copy) or bed in - sing out. Lately, we've had a bunch of clients request two minute edits to use for their music/message on hold and we include that at no extra charge as one of the eight edits. Letting your clients hear your jingle and message on hold is a great way of keeping them entertained and introducing your products at the same time.We archive all our clients projects on DAT and CD for their protection in the unlikely event of loss or damage to their media.

How do we work together on a jingle for my business if I'm not in San Antonio?
We can communicate via email or phone and as work progresses we can encode the audio file to whatever format you prefer (mp3 is best) and either email it to you or post it on a private page of our site for you to audition. That way you'll be able to follow the production process from inception to completion to be assured of getting a final product that is what you really want. We always get 50% of our fee before we begin production on your jingle and the balance upon delivery of the final product. Delivery and final payment don't take place until you've heard and approved the final mixes which we can email you or post on our site. Before we ask for our 50% deposit, we will do a free (no obligation) demo for your approval. The style and lyric content will be based on our initial consultation with you. Why do I need a jingle for my business anyway?
You don't if you're not using radio or TV for your advertising! If you are, you need one, and you need the right one! Billions of dollars worth of products have been sold with the help of a memorable jingle. Many studies have been done on the results of marketing products with and without a jingle. Which method do you think has the highest success rate. Harvard Business School knows and all the major advertising agencies know. Fred Stockwell, general manager of Radio KNBT 92.1 FM in New Braunfels, Texas, told us about a conversation he had with a potential advertising client. He asked the client if he could name any jingle he'd heard on the station recently and he couldn't. He then asked where he would go if he wanted to buy a cellular phone. He immediately answered, "The Communication Source or Kraft Mobiletel". Fred told him that although there were over a dozen such companies in New Braunfels, he picked the two that currently had jingles airing on KNBT. We especially like this story because we produced both jingles and you can listen to them on our jingles page. If you're considering an ad campaign for your business on radio, TV, or both, remember that over time, your per use cost for a jingle will be extremely small in your overall ad budget. We have a client still using a jingle we produced eight years ago. Remember, our jingle packages include lifetime, exclusive usage for a one time fee. Many jingle houses charge a yearly lease fee close to what we charge once only and the client doesn't even own the jingle!
